Empowering! Stretching? Calming! Nutrition? Enriching! For years, I struggled with shifting my mindset about health and fitness. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with a gastrointestinal disease that I truly grasped the complexity of our bodies and the importance of taking care of them.
